We are ONE WEEK away from the reunion! As you may or may not know, we will be having an Awards Ceremony to recognize the accomplishments of some of our peers.

MAJOR NEWS --- THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED!!!
*** REUNION UPDATE!!! ***
Due to the overwhelming response from our Alum in the last week, our reunion venue has graciously given us a 2-WEEK extension to allow more Alumni to sign up for the reunion!!! We want to make sure that ALL Alumni have the opportunity to attend. Because some Alum are now just learning about the event, we want to allow them additional time to pay their admission. We ar...e so grateful for Gardner Village’s cooperation and understanding in helping us with this event!
For those who have yet to sign up and pay your admission, the official and final deadline for making your reservation is now Saturday July 7th, 2012. Please note that FULL ADMISSION must be paid by this date in order to receive your tickets and gain entrance to the event. If you have already paid your 50% deposit, the remaining balance will still be due by July 7th as originally planned.
We are unable to extend accepting any payments beyond July 7th since the venue requires payment in full two weeks prior to the event. Payments cannot be accepted at the door, sorry. Please continue to tell your friends and encourage them to sign up too! This event will be amazing --- we already have over 100 people attending and expect many more!

ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT!
It has been almost a month since we announced the date and details of the reunion! And there is only one week left to put a deposit or pay your full admission to be added to the guest list! I promise you will not want to miss this event -- you only get ONE 10-year reunion, and who knows if we will even have a 15 or 20-year!
Come and mingle and reconnect with all of your old friends and classmates. Sure you get to view all of their status updates on Facebook...but how many times do you actually get to have dinner and hang out with these people? Exactly!
Don't forget that paying at the door is not an option due to the financial demands of our venue. You must pay a minimum 50% admission deposit ($15 for singles, $30 for couples) by Friday June 22, 2012. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the event on July 7, 2012. Those who pay full admission (single or couple) on or before Friday June 22, 2012 will receive FOUR extra raffle tickets in addition to the TWO tickets that are included with your admission.

ONLY TWO WEEKS LEFT!!!!
As of today, you only have two weeks left to reserve your spot at the reunion! We have had an overwhelming positive response to the event, but need you all to make a solid committment to go by paying your 50% deposit by Friday June 22nd. We even give you an extra two weeks to come up with the rest, so don't worry about coming up with all of it right now!
Remember, paying at the door is not an option as the venue requires an exact head count 2 weeks prior to the event with payment required in full 1 week in advance of the event. If you miss the deadline to make your reservation, you will not be admitted into the event.

Reunion Recap & Payment Options
For those of you who may just be visiting this webpage for the first time, or for anyone who is looking for all of the information on the reunion is one place…here you go.
The 10-year class reunion is scheduled for Saturday July 21, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at The Gathering Place at Gardner Village located in Midvale. This is a formal, adult-only event so please dress accordingly. The cost of admission is $30 per person or $60 per couple. Your admission includes the following:
- A full course plated dinner including your choice of one of the following entrees: Baron of Beef, Chicken Parmesan, vegetarian pasta or gluten-free chicken. Also included are two (2) sides of seasoned vegetables and mashed potatoes, salad, dessert and sparkling fruit punch.
- The use of the venue including their beautiful outdoor garden space
- A live DJ who will be playing hits from 2002 and current
- A full cash bar which will have beer, wine and an extensive liquor menu. Soft drinks and energy drinks can also be purchased at the bar as well.
- A photo booth to use to take pictures with your friends. You will also get to keep the prints and will have the option after the reunion to buy a CD with all of the pictures from the reunion!
- At least two (2) tickets for our prize raffle. Most prizes are valued at $50 or more! Additional tickets can be purchased for $2 each. Anyone who pays their full admission before June 22nd will also qualify instantly for FOUR additional raffle tickets!
A deposit of 50% of admission is required to secure your spot at the reunion. This cost is $15 for singles and $30 for couples. All deposits are due by Friday June 22, 2012! Reunion Slideshow
Thomas McDonald, a 2002 KHS Alum and a member of the Reunion Planning Committee is putting together a slideshow to be played at the reunion. We would like to get current pictures of all of our Alum, especially those will be attending the reunion.

Alternate Payment Option
For any of you who do not feel comfortable using PayPal for payment, or those of you who would prefer to pay by cash or check...we have set up a bank account to accept payments.
Follow these simple steps:
1) Visit any America First Credit Union branch (you can locate your nearest branch at www.americafirst.com). **If you are an AFCU member, you can automatically transfer payments online so you will not have to visit a branch.**
2) Deposit cash or check (please make check payable to Rebecca Fetterman) into account number 2710583-2. Please be sure to specify SAVINGS on your deposit slip.
3) After you have made your payment, please send an e-mail to khs.alum2002@yahoo.com with your full name (maiden name too ladies so we know who you are!), amount paid and which entrees you would like.
4) Within 48 hours, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that will also include your admission ticket. This is the ticket you will bring to the event, so make sure to keep it!
Remember that your deposit is due by June 21st, and the remaining balance by no later than July 7th! Don't forget about the early pay incentives...extra raffle tickets to increase your chances of winning!

We are pleased to finally announce that we have officially planned our 10-year class reunion!

(There is also a vegetarian pasta option as well as a gluten-free option)

This is a FORMAL event, so business casual dress is required. NO jeans or t-shirts please!
The cost of the event will be $30 per person or $60 per couple. This fee covers the cost of the venue, a full banquet dinner and dessert, a live DJ, a photo booth set up to take pictures with your friends (free of charge - you get to keep the prints)...and of course, participation in our raffle. Each person will receive one (1) raffle ticket at the door. Additional tickets may be purchased for $2 each, and there is no limit to how many you may purchase.
There will be a cash bar at this event, which is being sponsered by Alumnis Jon Hinderman, Thomas McDonald and Andrew Reading. Your admission cost only covers the non-alcoholic beverages which are served with your meal. Soda and alcohol can be purchased at the bar for an additional cost.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We have established a secure PayPal account to accept payments. PayPal is one of the safest and most secure ways of making payments online. The PayPal button is located directly below this post. Be sure to specify in the 'Special Instructions' section of your transaction which dish you would prefer (Chicken Parmesan or Roast Baron of Beef) If you would prefer a vegetarian or gluten-free option, please be sure to specify!
* We only require a 50% deposit now to reserve your spot at the reunion. For single persons, the deposit is $15. For couples, the deposit is $30.
* All deposits must be received by no later than June 21st!
* You will also have the option to pay the full amount upfront if you would prefer. As an additional incentive, anyone who pays the full amount upfront will receive 1 (one) extra raffle ticket per person.
* Please note that any remaining unpaid balance will be due by no later than JULY 7TH! Payments cannot and will not be accepted at the door, sorry.
* If you do not feel comfortable paying online, please contact Rebecca Fetterman at 801-574-5300 or e-mail at khs.alum2002@yahoo.com to make alternate payment arrangements. We can accept cash or check payments, but they must be received at least TWO (2) weeks in advance of the event.
To reserve your spot now, simply click on the PayPal button located on the top right-hand side of the main page and select the option of your choice. Once you have completed your transaction, you will be provided with proof of your payment. PLEASE RETAIN THIS INFORMATION FOR YOUR RECORDS!
After you have made your payment via PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from khs.alum2002@yahoo.com which will contain a printable copy of your event ticket. Please note that this ticket will be required at the door as proof of payment.
